Faton Bauta’s football journey spans to top-tier programs and impactful coaching roles. As a quarterback at the University of Georgia and Colorado State University, he was known for his leadership, toughness, and deep football IQ. After his playing days, he transitioned into coaching, serving on staff at Monmouth University, Colorado State, and The University of South Carolina — gaining experience in player development, game planning, and team leadership. His ability to connect with athletes and teach the game at a high level makes him the perfect director for a youth flag football league. With Faton leading the way, kids will learn fundamentals, build confidence, and have fun in a positive, high-energy environment.
